Back to the past ---

I was glad that my parents are happy with my SPM results...

I got 10A's for SPM 2010

* NOT all A+ har

but i am satisfied de...^^

coz i knew that i had tried my best

JPA interview--- 12/4/2011 Wednesday

I wore my purple baju kurung and reached Dewan Kuliah STUVW, USM Penang 2 hours earlier...

my actual time for the interview is 3.45pm...=)

met many friends there including my NS camp de penghulu...

straight to the point:

Introduction is in Malay

Answering qs is in English

1st Qs:  How do lifestyle n diet of Malaysian results in cardiovascular disease?

2cd Qs: How about the people of other countries? why they have bigger size and how do their diet different from us?

3rd Qs: how do u adapt the life in other country if u were sent overseas?

Actually still have many sub sub de qs, i 4got de...=D

KPLSPM overseas teaching programme--- 20/4/2011 Wednesday

6.00am i woke up de...=( very sleepy... to prepare myself for interview, ate breakfast...

Wearing my same purple baju kurung, off we go to the destination-- IPG campus, Penang.

Wishing today is a good day, i reached there around 7.00am...

the actual time is 8.00am, but we need to reach 30 minutes earlier to do the INSAK test--testing whether our attitude suits to be a teacher...

then we waited to be called to go the respective room...

P01D--my room!

i made some friends there while waiting, 1chinese,2 indian, 2 malays are applying the same course- Chemistry with me...

then we went into the room together n did the INSAK test..135 qs for 30 minutes,

just shade the answers either A or B

Before all of us managed to shade n answer all the qs... n i only did until Qs104, that Malay lady/teacher asked us to stop...

What? there are 10 minutes left wor... we all stared at each other n just let her collect the paper...

Luckily,one of the Indian girl said:" Teacher! 20 minutes had passed only, got some more 10 minutes, we all not yet finish..."

the teacher stared at her watch n said: "opps, sorry ya, i timed wrongly de..." then she gave us our paper back n we start again...=D

Yeah, all of us finished in time!

then followed by group discussion, each of us were given 2 papers, 1 with qs and 1 is blank...

the blank paper is for us to write down our point....

1st Qs: Semangat patriotik di sekolah ( something like that n asked us describe some activities in our school)

2cd Qs: Bagaimanakah semangat patriotik yang tinggi membawa kepada sumbangan kepada negara?

All of us started to speak out our points, some in english n some in malays...

But before the group discussion finish, the interviewers required us to speak in only Malay.

(i thk because most of us speak in english)

6 of us talk among ourselves n the interviewers play a role in listening only...

2cd part!

Individual interview

as i am the 1st student in the list, i was the 1st 1 who go for the individual interview...

Quite nervous that time but I enjoyed the individual interview more compared to the group discussion!

Qs: Why u choose chemistry?

Qs: since u r so active in st.john, y u don't want to be a doctor or pharmacist? They have higher pay then teachers...

Qs: Talk bout current affairs that u r interested.

Qs: Talk something about chemistry. U would like to teach wat topic about chemistry? Gives some example.

Qs: Can we pour kicap to treat burns? =D

Qs: Are u willing to serve as a teacher in rural areas? Can u adapt ur life there?

Qs: Many ppl said that National service is not a good programme, what do u think?

Qs: Have u been to other countries before?

Qs: How to be a good teacher?

Qs: One of the interviewer ask me:" saying that i am ur chemistry teacher now, i tell u all that Chemistry is good! Go learn! Chemistry is good! Is this a good motivation as a good teacher?" (LOL)

And many more sub questions, these are the main one...=)

 Interesting right? hahax

Compared to JPA interview, I enjoyed today interview much more during the individual interview! hahax
