APCP

今天duty了一个叫AIR PLANE CRASH PRACTICE的duty

几废一下

从9.00am在HQ等到1.++pm任务才开始出动

                                                                 Mr.Koay安排了工作

稍做准备后

去到飞机场

几‘帅’一下

俩人俩人走

人人都用奇怪的眼神看着

以为发生了什么大事情

其实只是PRACTICE而已

实习如果飞机掉下来的话要怎样handle

过后去Treat 三十几个假的casualty

全部都由马来人来演

帮了一个人绑了一个roller还有替他cold compress 后

任务就完成了

3.++pm 回到HQ

4.++回家

话说回去

当AMBULANCE正当要出发赶去机场时

过程太好笑了

全部人都笑爆了

AMBULANCE响SIREN，

原以为会飙车

哪里知道应该是车太重所以

后面很多车都cut过我们

连BAKERY的车，TAXI，老爷车都cut了我们

最可悲的是

一共有6辆Red Cresent 的AMBULANCE都CUT我们

不到一分钟

我们已看不了RED CRESENT的踪影了

想象得到我们有多慢吗？

哈哈

还有一个老先生骑着MOTOR频看过来我们的方向

他的表情真的是难以形容

超搞笑

因为AMBULANCE的速度太慢了

加上它是MANUAL的，不是AUTO

Uncle Dass 更难驾了

下次AMBULANCE先得重装一个先进 的ENGINE来加快它的速度了

Kid's time? - - - Fish Day

Wish to rear fish when i was small

hehe

but now

i have the chance

After taking our dinner at Sunway 4 Season Restaurant,

my bro, sis and cousin

went to the Fish Shop

At first

our aim is only to watch those fishes and my cousin need to buy a gold fish home for her aquarium

but

while seeing those fishes

suddenly

my bro said

abo we also buy some fishes back la

agree with him with joy =)

Consequently

i was attracted by a tank with the label ''Neon Tetra''

cause the fishes have BLUE colour on its body!

After ''discussion'',

we bought two of the same species of Neon Tetra

feeling excited

as i have a great enthusiasm to rear the BLUE shinning fish...=)

my bro paid for me

each of them cost only RM1

bought some fish food too...

(expensive)

Dunno what name should be given to them

can't think a suitable name yet

either Neon? Tetra?

hehe...

still in considering

A day in 'Holiday'

Today my mum, sis, neighbour, her son and i went chowrosta market early in the morning
at first all of them wanna eat 猪肠粥 except me
coz if they really go n eat
i will starve to death (夸张)
yucks...thinking of those intestine...

while walking to the place where the porridge stall sets
my neighbour son suddenly called her mum
haha...the reason is...
the stall is closed!!!
=)
then we proceeded back to the old timers stall lo...
which sells curry mee...bla bla bla....

After enjoying our breakfast
i and my sis went to the 豆水摊
=)
i ordered a cup of凉粉豆水
my sis ordered a bowl of 豆腐花
the uncle dunno is telling jokes or saying facts
he said

tonight
when i just came back from chem tuition (10.00pm)
dad fetch lar
once i stepped in my home
i heard my sis sobbing
mum sitting beside her
speechless
asking : still got flapping sound?
dad and i felt curious
after asking mum
only knew the truth
when my sis was sleeping just now
an insect flew into her ear
then while she is sleeping
she heard flapping sound
then only knew that an insect was inside there

Before i come back home
my mum used a torchlight and spot for the insect
nothing can be seen
only my sis tears can be seen
haha ( bad act)

Then i ask my mum to pour some water into the ear to flood the insect out
my mum said : really or not?
yer...say till like that
fine...give u some proof...
hence...i take out mine 18th edition 1st aid manual and let her see
then...she only ask me to take tepid water for my sis
=) i win =.=
but after trying the method
nothing happens
my sis scared till cried
seeing her funny act
dad and i keep on laughing non-stop
1st time see my sis so funny
my mum scold us
then later she followed us and started to laugh
haha...really funny
maybe the ''laughing charge---''protons'' spread through the air
my sis laugh also

so tomorrow
maybe
have to accompany my sis to go for a doctor check-up if the flapping sound persists
all my programs have to delay de

Then after that i will only continue my ''routine''
hmm...means
need to sit rapid bus again i think
but this is the 1st time i go there from my home by myself sitting rapid
really quite scared i will miss my way
if i really missed
i dunno what should i do de...

Yesterday, my teacher let us see some pass year A1 essay...SPM year 2007 de...
Then...something caught my eye on it...
the essay title is '' TOMORROW ''.
Actually i wanna photostat it from teacher de...
but teacher say it is P & C...cannot photostat...if i want...i must retype it...
No time to retype...so i copied 1 damn creative paragraph...

Who knows...when reached there....after visiting by paying ticket fee....
my sis said...:'' TAMAN ULAR de name should be changed to USM...''
Know why?? haha....coz USM stands 4 ULAR SUDAH MATI....==

Really...all the snakes there are almost dying....poorly maintained...
got some mokey guk.....but poor them...all of the monkeys are so skinny.....''IraQ monkeys''...

Sudden holiday?

Today suddenly got an announcement from my school....
SPeaker : '' 18/09/09 is ''Cuti Khas'' ya...for Hari Raya...So students no need to come to school...."
AFter this announcement...whole class shouted...haha...hooray....
then my modern math teacher shake head....not because we shouted for joy...is because...
she think tat why should ''they'' select 18/09/09 as cuti khas for Raya? Since there is already 1 week of holidays for students....then we mar oooooooooooo lo....thinking tat yalo...then y Deepavali only 1 day holiday?? haiyo...know la...wat i am trying to say....


Back to the passed few hours...We received an agree letter for parents about ''Date need not to go to school due to lack of classes for PMR'' !
haha....another great news...for F4...we all need not to go to school on 7/10/09 & 9/10/09... two days oo....haha...yippie again....
then my class monitor--yn...damn yeng....she said : '' lai...everybody pass up ur agree paper by today ya...(which means ask us to sign ourself , no need bring back home to sign)
waa....then somebody said...har? so geng ar??
then yn said something bombastic :'' Ceh! Our Class S4B got wat bad things din do yet??''
haha...whole class laugh....thinking tat...really ar?? Not aiming for best disciplin meh? Coz our form teacher aka chemistry teacher say...if we get best discipline for the whole year...she treat whole class Mcd ! dunno how far is true...but seems nearer or further de....??
However...my cute close frenz -- xj said....har...if i sign myself...i cannot pass my heart level wor...(liang xin guo yi bu qu)...then she go n try to practise her mum signature...haha...laugh n laugh again lo we two....then at last she said...aiya...u sign as my mum la...then i ooo lo...

-feeling quite not well during the 1st paper in test..(chinese paper)
- fever during the second paper....(addmath)...but still able to do the paper forcefully..
-the last paper for that day (chemistry)..doing the paper blurrly...know wat mistake i did??
i deduct the neutron number with proton number to get the number of electron...how blurr is
me as i knew that proton mumber is same with the number of electron....i think that time i was
''unconscious'' de...dunno how marks i will loss this time...=(
- went back home n slept at 8.45p.m...wake up again to eat medicine at 10.00p.m...then sleep again...

11/7....12th Annual Campfire & Anniversary...PaSt HiStOrY...

finally had passed...11/7 had become a history....a memory....for 1993 f4 badge...


Kay, now...let me rewind back to that day process....
Early in the morning, we had started to prepare....it was still raining....our heart all hoping the rain will stop....dunno which teacher (blurring)...gave us a target....b4 2.30p.m....if the rain does not stop...our campfire will be held in our school HALL!!!
ya...is HALL....believe it or not??is true....
thus....we started our schedule to pray......like js said in her blog....we prayed for ''n'' times....all of us...our shoes had become wet...then we walk without shoes...went through the grass, the mud,the road...somehow...wishing the rain will stop....tat time...hearts fell very heavy...really...really....gonna sank tat time....(we can see n feel u all worrying 4 our campfire....thanx to all N3&NC1)....really thanx.......
But....after a while...the rain seems like being smaller n smaller....our heart started to beat fast again....feeling excited...(the process of preparing i skip de ya)

Who knows.....finally...xxx....come n started discussing....whether will held the campfire in field or hall....at last...they make a decision.....it is HALL!!!
That time...we OC's really hard to accept tis reality....hard to believe.....some of us even xxx......
Oil lamp cant use de....fire place cant use de....gadget cant use de...all the ''blood''....will be wasted...thinking of these....heart really broke.....but....after hearing some advise n consolation....we continue our work....believe that in HALL we will still can DO THE BEST!!....we are the 12th!!!so...we started our job.....raining...so...quite difficult in transporting items from place to place....fire place...ya...continue to do.....believe there will be miracle....oil lamp...continue to cut the coconut.....touching....looking at those hard work....hoping miracles again....

At last...everything had prepared....guest had arrived....waiting 4 registration in our supercorridor...enrolment started, followed by case n marching demonstration....All the items performed are really nice n GOOD!!! Chung ling de beatbox/cipher...pandu de songs...chung hwa de songs...heng ee de item...haha....n somemore our OC dance....funny....
all items impressed everybody...especially they all use 1 mike to perform their talent.....

Then...miracles happen.....participants have chances to go down to the field to see the ligting ceromony....can c the oil lamp....n climb the GADGET !!! After spreading the news....all OC's like strike loteri like tat....all happy till keep on laughing.....then...we rushed down to prepare the fire...ligth on the oil lamp....n wipe the gadget...to prevent the guest from slippering due to the rain water....so...believe the song...THERE WILL BE MIRACLES...WHEN U BELIEVE...^^

seeing those guest enjoying themselves on the gadget...we are satisfy...
seeing them happy n enjoy..................................................we also happy...
seeing those paper they write to us...................................we felt touching...
seeing them give us full support.........................................we felt gratefull...

At last...everything had finished.....when i reached home...it is 12.12a.m...
next day....go cleaning....climb the gadget climb till satisfy de...then started to 'demolish' it...haha...the large board...with CODE....GOLD & SILVER....we make it into pieces....poor thing....all money n sweat there.....ya...the hall are quite clean...only found 2 shirts left tere...thanx 4 all schools de cooperation....tats all for tis campfire.....^^

Laughter is said to be the best medicine for any ailment . Recently , researchers have confirmed that anticipation of having a good laugh will also boost the immune system , resulting in greatly reduced stress.

In the United States , researches at the University of California found that expecting a happy , hilarious event can raise levels of endorphins and other pleasure and relaxation-inducing hormones. It also lowers the production of stress hormones.

Sixteen men were asked to participate in an experiment to prove this . Half of them were told three days advanced that they were going to watch a funny video . These men started experiencing biological changes right away . When the men watched the video , levels of cortisol , a stress hormone , fell 39% . Epinephrine , also known as adrenaline , fell 70% while levels of the feel-good hormone , endorphin , rose 27% and growth hormones levels rose by 87%.

The researchers found that actually watching a funny video or just laughing at a joke could make positive changes in the levels of hormones involved in stress and lower blood pressure .

In the year 2000 , a team of researches at the University of Maryland reported taht people who frequently used humour were less likely to have heart attacks .

A : Yes...but is only physically tired...not mentally tired...

A : Err....because of after hearing some ''sounds'' or having some ''results'' tat will make us feel console...hehe...so...tired also nvm...it is worth it...

A : Hmm...actually...cannot say absolutely NO laa....not sure also...so just can say tat it is ''invisible stess''...

A : Because the feeling of stress will ''run around'' us....at certain time...it may appears n at certain time it will not appears at all...When ''it'' appears....we are damn nervous n upset, worrying what will happens in the future...When ''it'' left us behind...we will act like usual...joking around with each other...saying lame jokes....go to opposite of our school n enjoy eating our beloved ''Tomyam Fried Rice''....haha....

After school...6.40p.m....rushed to duty.....it is 4 a ''concert'' in Dewan Sri Pinang ...actually....it doesn't looked like a ''concert''...or mayb....it is called ''silent concert''...the concert did not has the ''high ohm'' compared to Jay's Chou concert...haha....lll...at first i thought it is till 10.00p.m....however....when i knew that it is till 11.00 p.m....i xxxxxxxxxxx, something like wanna being collapsed d ....coz the other morning still got activities....i wished to have a longer time 4 my sleeping n preparation....At last..still continue duty till de end lo...what can be done??....
