Drive.dare.yeah. XD

Good news! lol.
Managed to drive out of the road again today.
=.=
lol. nothing scary actually,
just that my driving skills seems a bit lousy when my sis and mum sit at the back while I'm driving.
LOL!
1.They shouted before I reached the white line >> isit wanted me to stop in the middle of the road?
haha. of course, i did stop before the white line approaching the junction.
2. They screamed (*mostly my sis.) when the car beside me seems to be too near me but actually, there are still a distance, SAFE distance.
What to do? Next time gotta just catch my bro to be my supervisor. haha. at least he won't be scared of my driving skills as what dad, mum n sis do.
*Last time when I learned driving, drove my dad from Qsbay area back to my home. He was like holding the holder (*the one on top of each seat) all the way long. and his expression is like.... 
LOL! dunno how to describe. XD

They are just too nervous. .__. my skills aren't bad enough de la. :P
I passed the test and get my license genuinely in one go de lo. XD


Ta dang! Folded 60 horse origami for my uni CNY event. :)

Mission yet to be accomplish, need to find sponsor later on... :E

Made some decoration using fruits on natural yogurt.
hee. actually, the yogurt really just tasted flat.
But it is flavoured if is added with fruits, esp apples! :)

well, I think that's make sense.
Cooking is really similar to compounding medicine.

Btw, fried a dish of vege today. :D

by myself, with mum resting :)

A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise.

Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer;

that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster.

Want to live longer? Take a nap.






Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?

A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn.

And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient

mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken.

Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable).

And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.






Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?

A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine,

In fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be bad for you?

A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger.

You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.





Q: Is chocolate bad for me?

A: Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa beans ! Another vegetable!!!It's the best feel-good food around!





Q: Is swimming good for your figure?

A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.





Q: Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle?

A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!

12.1.14-moving out from hostel :D

well, exam marathon had finally finished for the first sem of second year.

whee! the undescribable feeling when I finished the last paper at 11.1.14. 
It's really different from the semesters in year 1 as
this sem is abit real tough with the presence of certain challenging subjects
Anti-microbiology, a challenging and interesting one.
Pharm management and marketing, the one i have least interest in. .__.
Medicinal Chemistry, the one that I go class whole sem also dunno what's about de subject.
However, haha! luckily, 
with guides of notes, can ok ok-ly get through.
XD


haha. the picture above main point is about the spring hair band. XD 
Is quite touching for me during the exam week when my family is out for eating or shopping,
my mum bought again this type of hair band and hair clip like those uniform stick principle.
Heee XD
coz she said I always find those things coz i always made them missing without reasons. haha!
Yea, that's true, these kind of useful spring bands and clips always disappear eventhough u buy thousands of them. :P

Today, spent a whole day out,
after move out from hostel at 7am. :D
ate ate and ate :D
went sunshine, coincidentally there is a blood donation session and medical check up,
Learned a lot from a lady "chinese sin se",
well, as a role now.
:) maybe I will generate some interest towards oriental medicine? ^^
Depends.
well, felt a lot too.
